I'm Ruth Farrell of Hope Bespoke Millinery and fashion & Textiles Industry Expert Services. I started Hope Bespoke 6 years ago. Before that and continuously I have worked in fashion for over 30 years for which I have been lucky enough to work in and travel the globe. I adore colour and design. I treat my hats like works of art. Each is totally unique and has as much outpouring of love and energy as my first ever piece. I have always loved millinery. As a fashion student I collected vintage hats and hung them on my wall, and whenever possible encorporated them into my work. I particularly love a theatrical head piece and was privileged enough to work on the Alexander Mcqueen shows. I live in the beautiful Holmfirth in Yorkshire with my husband Scott and our Scottish terrier Macleod Dundee. I will create as long as I am able even if I was to never sell another piece.. it is as essential as breathing to me
